That's the cement truck they send to inter a transgressor under a driveway, garage, or building. Due to recent "events" at the county level, I'll bet that truck has been rather busy lately.

OOPS, YOU DID! MY BAD! (and worse yet, one of my least favorite expressions ever) I didn't understand how that worked...please pardon my mental retardation - I've been painting with a nasty primer called 'Gripper' (we'll blame that, it's convenient!)
